Jarred Marks is a strategic attorney focused on delivering clear, decisive counsel across Utah, Texas, and New York. With nearly a decade of experience in Aerospace & Defense acquisition and contracts, he has managed over $5 billion in complex agreements, giving him a deep understanding of high-stakes negotiations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Before entering the legal field, Jarred was a Division I athlete at Xavier University, where he earned his B.A. in 2013. He later graduated from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2016.

Licensed to practice law in Utah since 2026, Jarred helps clients navigate complex legal challenges in corporate transactions, estate planning, and immigration.
